Established in 2008, We Preserve Michigan LLC has built trust, process, and lasting partnerships in construction with every project. Our company offers a wide variety of construction, remodeling, and restoration services to the communities of Southeastern Michigan.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality construction, remodeling, and restoration services grounded in performance, durability, safety, and craftsmanship – Built on Quality. Through years of experience, we’ve learned the ins-and-outs of adapting and conforming to existing conditions, to deliver solutions that are not only functional, but durable, visually appealing, and compliant.

Long before our official founding, the roots were firmly planted in passion for revitalization through fulfillment of REO (real estate-owned) renovations and restorations, mostly to the benefit of local real estate investors and realtors. After almost 2 decades providing service, we’ve honed and refined our practices to back up that passion in supporting Community Action & CDBG programs, municipalities, businesses, and homeowners alike.

We aim to protect the health and safety of our clients in every project, particularly when rehabilitating older buildings. We are:

• A certified Lead Abatement Firm with the Michigan Department of Health & Human Services (MDHHS).
• RRP certified with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

Training and compliance with lead-safe work practices allows our team to identify, manage, and remove lead-based paint hazards safely.
